| Chances are that you already know me or know me in some way but regardless the about page is here for everyone to read. My name is Matthew Ellis and I am a programmer and a blogger. I own a blog which is known as Tweaked for your Pleasure which was opened in the year 2002 and still updated to this very day. I also own a portfolio of other websites which you can find on my website page.
During the course of my online experiences, I have learnt how to administrate Unix and Windows based servers and certainly run my own servers for my websites. On my home systems, I run systems that uses Windows 7 and Mandriva Linux and a whole suite of office packages and as of the 30th of Jan 2010, a suite of video and graphic software. Sometime in the year 2009, I started an online video series known as Behind the Science for Wrights Productions in order to help out a friend. Since then, I started my own video series called Tweaked for your Viewing Pleasure which is based loosely on the style of Dr. Stuart Ashen but from there has evolved into two parts with the other part which is known as Snat’s vBlog. I am also a keen martial artists and have studied quite a few of them (information can be found in the education section) and am also a collector of legal martial arts weapons. I do also enjoy drawing and the study of languages such as Hebrew, Latin and Greek. Professionally, I am most qualified to work within the Science industry rather then the IT industry and most I know in computing is self taught such as programming. Although I did used to teach an unit of an IT BSc IT course before but that has pretty much been it within the IT industry. Going back to programming, I am able to program in many languages and those are listed below:
